Terms of Service

These terms cover the Realms of Crossaria Minecraft server, the website at crossariamc.com, and any purchase you make from our store. By joining the server or buying a package you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not connect and do not purchase.

The server and this website are run by the Realms of Crossaria staff team. Store payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record for every purchase. For anything about the server or your account, email support@crossariamc.com. For purchases, receipts and refunds, email billing@crossariamc.com.

1.Eligibility

You need a legitimately purchased Minecraft: Java Edition account to play, and you must be at least 13 years old to use the server, this site, or our Discord. If you are under 16, or under the age of digital consent where you live, you may only buy from the store with a parent or guardian's permission and using their payment method with their knowledge.

2.Server rules

Playing here means following the rules posted in-game and in our Discord. In short:

• No cheat clients, x-ray, macros that automate gameplay, or exploiting bugs. Report bugs instead of using them.
• No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
• No advertising other servers, scamming, or real-money trading of in-game items outside our store.
• No attacking the server or its players — DDoS, lag machines, or attempts to access accounts that are not yours.
• Chaos is a PvP world. Being killed, raided, or robbed there is the game working as intended, not a rule break.

We enforce these at our discretion, from a warning up to a permanent ban, and we may act without prior notice. We decide what counts as a breach, we are not obliged to share evidence or explain a decision in detail, and we may refuse service to anyone. Chaos aside, staff decisions on Settlers claims and disputes are final.

3.Your account

You are responsible for everything done on your Minecraft account here, including by anyone you share it with. Enter your username carefully at checkout: rewards go to the account you name, and we are not responsible for a reward delivered to a username you typed incorrectly, though we will usually help move it if you tell us quickly.

Evading a ban with another account, or buying on behalf of a banned player, voids the purchase and gets both accounts banned.

4.Purchases and virtual items

Everything sold in our store is a digital in-game benefit tied to the Minecraft username you enter at checkout. You are buying a limited, personal, revocable licence to use a feature on our server, not ownership of any file, item, or account. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be sold or traded for real money.

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, who act as the merchant of record. Their checkout terms apply alongside these. We never see or store your card details.

Prices are shown in the currency Tebex selects for your region and may change at any time. Packages, perks, and their contents may be altered, rebalanced, or retired as the server develops, and a purchase does not lock in a feature forever. We may limit how many of a package one player can buy, and may cancel an order that looks fraudulent.

5.Delivery

Rewards normally apply within a minute of a successful payment. Ranks and permissions apply on your next login if you are offline. If something has not arrived after an hour, email billing@crossariamc.com with your username and Tebex transaction ID and we will fix it.

6.Bans and purchased content

If you are banned for breaking the rules, you lose access to the server and to any perks you bought. Being a paying customer does not exempt you from moderation and does not entitle you to a refund of past purchases. Buying a package does not buy immunity, staff attention, or reversal of a ban.

7.Chargebacks

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds; see our refund policy for the full detail and the narrow cases the law reserves. If you open a chargeback or PayPal dispute, we will permanently ban the associated Minecraft account and Tebex may block future purchases. If you think a charge is wrong, or a reward never arrived, email billing@crossariamc.com first and we will put it right where we can.

8.Availability and liability

The server, this site, and everything sold here are provided as is and as available. We run this as a hobby project. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or that any feature will keep working, and to the fullest extent the law allows we give no warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for lost progress, lost items, world corruption, rollbacks, downtime, or anything another player does to you. We may reset worlds, wipe maps, or shut the server down; where a wipe is planned we will announce it in advance in Discord.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9.Content and intellectual property

The Realms of Crossaria name, logo, concept art, and this website are ours. You may not copy, resell, or pass off our branding or art as your own.

Builds you make on the server remain in the world. By playing, or by posting in our Discord, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce and display your builds, screenshots, and in-game chat in screenshots, trailers, and promotional material. Ideas and suggestions you send us are not confidential, and we may use them without payment or credit.

10.Third-party services

Realms of Crossaria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. Tebex, Discord, and our hosting providers each operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their services or outages.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do, and material changes are announced in Discord. Continuing to play or purchase after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12.General

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a rule once does not waive our right to enforce it later. These terms, together with our privacy policy and refund policy, are the whole agreement between us about the server and the store. You may not transfer your rights under them to anyone else; we may transfer ours if the server changes hands.
